* All Tee Times must be booked ahead of time on our “Book Now” page

* All Guests must sign the waiver in the Red Mail Box

* Guests Fees: cash in the Tin container of the red mailbox

     > Family Membership: 2 guests @ $5/person, additional guests are $10/person, to a maximum of 4

     > Individual Membership: 1 guests @ $5/person, additional guests are $10/person, to a maximum of 3

* Please ensure the Red Mailbox door is closed (snaps in place)

* Please message Tim for any course concerns and maintenance items ASAP

Course Rules and Etiquette

SO THAT ALL PLAYERS CAN ENJOY THEIR DISC GOLF EXPERIENCE:

SMOKING / VAPING IN DESIGNATED AREA ONLY (Bucket of sand at gate post)

LEAVING YOUR PETS AT HOME

NO ALCOHOL, AS OUR LICENSE TO OPERATE DOES NOT PERMIT ITS USE

PACK OUT WHAT YOU PACK IN (Help us to keep our Homestead Beautiful)

PLEASE RESPECT OUR REQUESTS SO WE CAN CONTINUE TO OFFER DISC GOLF TO ALL THOSE WHO WISH TO PLAY

Waiver

I understand that as a condition of using or visiting the property, I fully and completely release and discharge WJ Homestead Disc Golf (WJHDG; WJ Disc Golf), its owners Tim and Heather Driedger and family members (henceforth known as the Indemnities) from any and all liability and obligation of any kind or nature for injury to or death to me or any visitors or relatives I bring with me for loss or damage to my property arising during, in connection with or in any way related to my use of the property and/or participation in any events from any cause whatsoever, including the negligence of the Indemnities, or any of them.

Further, I agree to Indemnify and hold the Indemnities, and each of them, harmless from any and all liability or obligation of any kind or nature for injury to or death of any person or damage to any property caused by me, or in any way related to or in connection with my use of the property or participation in any event, including, but in no way limited to, damage to the property of the Indemnities.

Further, I understand and agree that I am and will be responsible for acts of any minor admitted to the property and/or event with me or over whom I have control. If I am the parent/owner or legal guardian of any minor present at the property and/or event, the release set forth above is also given for such minor in my capacity as the parent or legal guardian/owner of such minor, and the indemnity set forth above shall extend to any injury, death, or damage caused by such minor.

I have received a copy of the rules (above) and have read them. I acknowledge that I will follow all of them. I understand that this is a private property and that I will not vend any products without the permission of the owners. I will not pollute the property, the roadside or any neighboring properties. I will not bring any illegal drugs, firearms or weapons of any kind on the property. I will not smoke or vape anywhere on WJ Homestead farm and Disc Golf Course, except at the designated area at the parking lot gate, nor will I consume alcohol while on the property.

I understand the any violations of the rules and/or etiquette may result in the immediate suspension of member and/or playing privileges at owner discretion.

This waiver will remain in effect for the membership season (May – October), at any time that I am on the WJHDG property.
