Wayne has a beautiful but challenging course and you have to be prepared for the elements and environment. The course is full of cliffs, cacti, holes and climbs which creates a unique and challenging course. If its your first time playing the course we recommend that you play with someone who is familiar with the course because it does not have the greatest markings. Also if it has recently rained or the ground is wet use caution as the ground becomes extremely slippery and dangerous. However, this environment provides for a very fun course. The curves, elevation changes and constantly varying terrain make for a dynamic, fun and intense course that we highly recommend, as long as your up for a challenge.

If your in Edmonton with a few hours to spend, the disc golf course in Rundle Park is a excellent way to spend an afternoon. The course takes you through a fairly large section of the park where you will encounter beautiful large trees, ponds and hills. The tee boxes are all cement pads, which makes them easy to locate and throw from. The course is well laid out, however we recommend that you try and find a map prior to playing the course. The course is great for spending an afternoon to practice your game or have a show down against your friends.

The disc golf course in Olds may not be very challenging or well marked, but its a great way to take out your bag of discs and get some practice. The 9 holes are based in a small open park in Olds with a few trees, but mainly open grassy areas. The short hole length and open area is a great way to work on your medium and short range. The open area makes finding your discs easy so you don't need to worry about throwing multiple discs on a hole. The course layout is printed on a small sign near the parking lot, with tee boxes marked by metal signs. These signs may have held information at one time, but it has virtually all been worn away over time. So if your not looking for a fancy or long course or just want a great place to practice your game the course in Olds will suit your needs well.
